Regulatory update — October 2026: Ethiopia revoked all sports betting licences in December 2025. No current Ethiopian betting authorisation for Zewd Bet has been independently verified.
What is Zewd Bet Ethiopia?
Zewd Bet is a betting brand promoted to Ethiopian audiences through Amharic-language content and social media. The website zewdbet.com describes it as a sportsbook and casino platform with sports betting, gaming products, promotional bonuses and mobile access, and publishes claims about currencies, licensing and registration offers — none matched to a verified legal operator.

Zewd Bet sports betting review
Sports betting is a main service associated with the brand. Football is referenced in promotional content — typical markets are match winners, double chance, total goals and both teams to score — but which competitions or markets are available through a genuine Zewd Bet operator has not been verified; tennis (match winners, set results, game handicaps, total games) and cricket are also referenced, without a complete current catalogue. Do not assume advertised markets are active because they appear in promotions.

Does Zewd Bet offer live betting?
Although the brand markets itself as a modern platform, its current in-play coverage and live odds functionality have not been independently verified, so no live betting performance rating is assigned.
Zewd Bet casino review: slots, live casino and Aviator
Zewd Bet is promoted as an online casino brand with a broad selection of games, slots and free spins — the current library, software suppliers and availability are unconfirmed; look for provider, RTP and independent testing information, none of which is reliably established. A verified live casino catalogue was not found, so naming particular live dealer games would be misleading, and an authentic Zewd Bet Aviator offering could not be confirmed — search results or third-party claims are not proof of a live product.
Zewd Bet registration, login and account access
zewdbet.com promotes registration, but the account process of a verified operator has not been established; a typical process requests a phone number, password and identity information. Establish the operator's identity and legal authorisation before submitting personal information, and avoid uploading ID documents to unverified sites. Searching “Zewdbet login” may lead to sites and social pages using similar branding — a Zewd Bet name is not proof of an authentic operator website; verify the domain through trustworthy sources, not ads, shortened links or unofficial messages. An official password recovery system has not been verified; never share one-time codes with accounts claiming to be support.
Zewd Bet bonuses and promotions
| Welcome bonus | Up to 12,000 ETB plus 100 free spins; bonus percentage described as reaching 100% — promotional claims, not verified active offers; minimum deposit, wagering, eligible games, maximum winnings and expiry unknown |
|---|---|
| Promo code ZEWD100 | Listed on the website; acceptance by an authentic operator not confirmed |
| Free spins | 100 in the welcome package; restrictions on games, stakes, wagering and withdrawals unknown |
| Promotional draws | Historical content referenced prize draws including a BYD E2 vehicle with deposit-based participation; not established as current, awarded or run by a licensed operator |
Zewd Bet deposits and withdrawals
The website claims support for Ethiopian birr, US dollars and Kenyan shillings, but the cashier and actual methods are unverified; no minimum deposit or withdrawal, processing time, fees or verification rules are established, and no real-money test was conducted. A currency in promotional content is not a payment method. Telebirr integration has not been established and M-Pesa is unverified — KES in a currency list does not prove M-Pesa availability.
Zewd Bet mobile app review
The website describes mobile compatibility and refers to an application, but no verified official Android or iOS app has been established — be cautious of APKs from unverified download pages or messaging channels, and a mobile-friendly site does not imply an iPhone app. Claimed mobile optimisation has not been benchmarked for performance, stability or usability.
Zewd Bet Telegram and social media
Two public Telegram addresses use similar branding — @zewdbet and @zewdbett, the latter with a substantially larger subscriber count in indexed snapshots. Neither channel size nor use of the name establishes operation by the legally responsible company; ownership and authorisation are unverified, so be cautious about sending personal information, payment details or credentials to accounts claiming to represent Zewd Bet. Amharic marketing and historical prize draws indicate an intended Ethiopian audience, not current availability, authorisation or financial reliability.
Zewd Bet licence, ownership and legality in Ethiopia
zewdbet.com claims registration or licensing in Curaçao; the claim has not been matched to a valid licence record identifying the operator and domain, and a statement on a promotional website is not regulator confirmation. The legal entity, beneficial owners, address and corporate structure are unconfirmed, and this review treats zewdbet.com as a public site carrying Zewd Bet information rather than a confirmed official platform. On 15 December 2025 the Ethiopian Lottery Service revoked the operating licences of all sports betting organisations sector-wide; in July 2026 it reiterated that no operator held valid local authorisation.
As of 9 October 2026, this review has not established that Zewd Bet is legally authorised to accept sports bets in Ethiopia. Even a verified foreign licence would not authorise operations in Ethiopia — prioritise current Ethiopian regulatory information over promotional statements.
Is Zewd Bet safe and trustworthy?
Website authenticity (official domain not established), licensing transparency (no Ethiopian authorisation; Curaçao unconfirmed), payment reliability (no tests), corporate accountability (operator unclear) and customer protection (security, responsible gambling, complaints and disputes unassessed) all require confirmation. The evidence does not establish that Zewd Bet is a scam, but the uncertainties are significant reasons for caution.

Final verdict: Zewd Bet Ethiopia review 2026
Relevant for research — not a verified, legally authorised betting operator
Zewd Bet has a public presence through Amharic promotional content, a website using the Zewdbet name and Telegram channels, advertising sports betting, casino entertainment, mobile access and promotional offers. But the evidence does not establish the authentic operating domain, legal entity, current payment methods or the validity of its licensing claims, and Ethiopia's nationwide licence revocation adds a significant regulatory concern. Avoid relying on unverified bonus advertisements or unofficial links; prioritise current regulatory information and independently established operator identity.
